This commercial property solicitor will be joining as a result of a retirement, so there is a great legacy to take on. This commercial property team are based in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a qualified solicitor based in Gloucestershire with atleast 3 years PQE in commercial property. If you have more or less experience, please do get in touch!
You need to be able to show that you have experience in a range of commercial work to include all types of freehold and leasehold work, leases, development, landlord and tenant, licences to assign and some residential matters.
You will be joining a supportive and friendly firm where there are a team dedicated to assisting with administration and post completion work. There is an attractive salary on offer, along with a good package.
