Addressing joint venture and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and issues involving utilities, wayleaves, and estate charges. About you: Ideally, 3 years PQE in commercial property or equivalent experience. Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
