As a commercial property solicitor you will be;
Manage a portfolio of commercial property clients
Provide sound advice on a range of commercial property matters
Work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction
Contribute to business development activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments on multi-disciplinary projects
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments
Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Property Solicitor should be/have;
An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of commercial property clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
