I am working with one of the top firms in the West Midlands that are looking to add a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to their highly rated property department. My client, a Legal 500 firm, are expanding their property team and are looking for knowledgeable and ambitious solicitors with 1-3 years PQE in a commercial property department to play a role in this continued growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong billing record and academic background, and can look forward to working on a range of matters including:
Sales and purchases of commercial properties Acquisition and disposal of leasehold and freehold land Property development Standard commercial transactions including leasing, mortgaging, and re-mortgaging Business lease renewal Site acquisition for regeneration and development Landlord and tenant work New and existing leases Licensing The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team and upon their own initiative. My client is dedicated to progressing and developing employees, and so this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied caseload and learn from some of the most knowledgeable commercial property solicitors in the region.
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Flexible working arrangements available.
