Commercial Property Solicitor
with 1+ year PQE to join their Commercial Property team at their Dartford office. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated professional to work with a diverse client base on non-contentious commercial property matters. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in freehold acquisitions and disposals, as well as commercial leasehold transactions. Manage site acquisitions and development projects, ensuring seamless execution. Handle secured lending matters in collaboration with financial institutions. Oversee business sales and purchases, with some involvement in residential property transactions as required. Provide expert legal advice while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Required Skills & Experience: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE in commercial property law. Proficient in IT applications relevant to legal practice. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage your own caseload effectively while meeting tight deadlines and targets. Experience in residential conveyancing is desirable but not essential. Calm and professional demeanour, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. Confident, commercially minded, and skilled in navigating complex property issues. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).
