COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER PQE: NQ – 3 YRS PQE The Firm:
Our clients are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer for their successful Commercial department. They deal with a wide range of high-quality commercial work and would be pleased to consider applications from newly qualified and experienced candidates. About You:
You will be an enthusiastic transactional lawyer with experience in all aspects of a busy corporate and commercial practice in England and Wales, including: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Development Landlord and tenant Asset management Banking, finance and loan agreements Business and asset sales/purchases Insolvency and restructuring The Role:
Our clients are looking for someone who has experience and a willingness to be involved in corporate support and general commercial work, able to work alone and as part of a team, and confident in dealing with a mixed client base. Responsibilities:
In addition to your case responsibilities, you would be willing to help provide support alongside the partners in developing the skills of their junior lawyers and to develop the firm’s corporate and commercial client base. Prior experience in business development would be an advantage. What's on Offer:
