Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth property transactions for the firm's clients. They will work independently and collaboratively, contributing to the growth and development of the Commercial Property department.
Responsibilities
Undertake fee-earning work independently and collaboratively
Maintain and develop client relationships and referrals
Collaborate with other departments on joint projects
Assist in growing the department and marketing services
Achieve agreed financial targets for fee income and hours
Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and professional development
Requirements
4+ years PQE in Commercial Property law
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills
Strong written and oral communication abilities
Proficiency in maintaining client databases and compliance
