Commercial Property Solicitor Exeter competitive market rate salary Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Commercial practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5-year PQE to bolster their highly regarded and successful commercial property team. You will be advising a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leasehold work, sales and purchases, portfolio management and secured lending. Within this role you would be expected to play an active role in business development and networking together with supervising junior team members. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
