Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a wide range of corporate and commercial law work, with a focus on commercial contracts. The role involves: Handling all aspects of corporate and commercial law, particularly in areas such as IP, IT contracts, and joint ventures. Managing existing client relationships and contributing to the firm's growth through business development activities. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm while working independently when necessary, always ensuring client needs remain the priority. Key Requirements Between 2-5 years' experience in corporate and commercial law, with a strong background in commercial contracts, IP & IT contracts, and joint ventures. Additional experience in commercial contract management and procurement would be advantageous. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who is also comfortable taking the lead on business development. A proactive, client-focused approach to legal work, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
