The Role
The firm is looking to hire a talented Commercial Property Solicitor 2-3 years PQE to join their Farnborough, Hampshire Office.
The firm is expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial property team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as:
Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
Landlord and tenant
Investments
Land development
Secured lending
Commercial leases
You will be working alongside legal 500-ranked individuals, giving you fantastic caseload exposure which would be very hard to find elsewhere.
Requirements
You will be a Qualified Solicitor 2-3 years PQE
You will have a strong knowledge of commercial property matters / Seat in Commercial Property
You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
