Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor / FCILEx

Reporting to: Head of Commercial Property
Working with: Lawyers, Support Staff, Legal Assistants and Central Support Teams
Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Property fee earner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to be based at our office in central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor or FCILEx to progress their career at a leading West Country firm. You will: Have a solid background in the full range of Commercial Property work. Have connections with local agents and referrers. Be able to work independently with a varied caseload, including leases, pension property work, acting for investors in sales and purchases to include some residential and mixed use properties. Some knowledge of development work will be an advantage. You will work closely with the Commercial Property Team across all four offices. Assisting us in maintaining and developing our excellent relationships with clients, professional contacts, and local referrers will be an important part of the role, as will providing a consistently high level of client care and professionalism.
