£52,000+ DOE We are currently looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join our client in the heart of Glasgow. Position Overview: As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property-related legal matters, providing expert counsel on acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and offer tailored, efficient solutions within a fast-evolving industry. Key Duties: Manage a variety of real estate transactions, guiding them from initiation through to completion. Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters. Prepare, draft, and assess legal documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and other relevant paperwork. Conduct thorough due diligence and represent clients during negotiation processes. Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other key stakeholders. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law. Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and client management abilities.
