Commercial Property Solicitor - High Street Firm (Malvern Area)

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a new opportunity with a reputable, long-standing high street firm? We are excited to be working with our client, a well-established firm based in the picturesque town of Malvern, to find a talented individual to join their team.

About the Firm: Our client is a friendly and close-knit firm with a proud history of serving the local community. They are known for providing top-quality legal services in a variety of practice areas and have built a loyal client base over the years. Their team is highly regarded for its supportive culture and dedication to professional development.

The Role: We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience in the sector to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of commercial property matters, which could include lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord-tenant issues. While the firm is keen to support and offer guidance where necessary, you will need to be able to run matters with minimal supervision, especially in the early stages of your tenure. This is a hands-on role, offering a blend of autonomy and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision. Advise clients on leases, acquisitions, disposals, and other property-related matters. Liaise directly with clients, providing exceptional service and legal advice. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient case progression. Contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm through business development and networking.

The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law. Able to work independently and take ownership of matters from day one. Strong communication and client-facing skills. A proactive and motivated individual with a genuine interest in progressing within a small firm. Ideally, you should have a good understanding of the local market, though this is not essential.

What's on Offer: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Clear progression path to partnership for the right candidate. A supportive and friendly work environment with hands-on guidance and mentorship. Flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.

If you're a talented Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an opportunity where you can grow your career, manage your own caseload, and potentially progress to partnership in a friendly and supportive setting, we want to hear from you! To apply, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role. We look forward to hearing from you!
