Our client's commercial property team advise on all types of property transactions offering a range of specialist skills in commercial property, residential land development, and in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. It is one of the largest law firms in Surrey and is recognised by the legal directories amongst the leading south east law firms for commercial property. Their clients range from independent high street retailers to medical practices, sports clubs, SME developers, and from residents associations to significant property investment companies.
