Commercial Property Solicitor

A forward-thinking Yorkshire based law firm are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established firm in Huddersfield. As a Commercial Property solicitor for this firm, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to their already reputable clients.This role offers a wide variety of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to, acquisitions, landlord & tenant, development and investments.This work is provided for a number of clients including companies based in the USA and Singapore as well as national HNW businesses and regional SMEs.There is also the opportunity to actively participate in business development, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by promoting the firm. Ideally, they are looking for someone with 2-5 PQE but the firm are open minded and will consider candidates at NQ+.This being said, if you fall outside of these parameters and feel you have the necessary skills, other applications are welcome. The firm operate on a flexible working policy and allow you to fit your work in around a busy schedule.They also promote a hybrid working model which can be tailored to the individual depending on what works best for them.
