This Lancashire based full service commercial law firm is currently seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their high calibre real estate team. Based in the heart of Lancashire, you will ideally live local to the area and have an understanding of servicing clients 'outside of the city'.
The firms' Real Estate Team acts for a heavyweight list of clients which comprises multi-national corporations, national and international financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, as well as household name developer clients. Your caseload will see you manage a broad spread of transactions that will include acquisitions & sales, landlord & tenant matters, property finance, corporate support, development, and more.
This appointment is specifically suited to a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE. This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the region, and you will have an abundance of face-to-face client contact.
The practice can offer long term security and will provide exposure to high calibre work. Crucially, the culture at this firm is one of the primary reasons for its continued success and is fundamental to its ability to attract the best talent around. There is no 'clocking in and out,' and staff are allowed to work flexibly.
Salary will be in the realms of £50,000 - £80,000 plus an attractive benefits package, and you will also be able to take advantage of a lucrative bonus scheme while working in a relaxed environment with an extremely high quality of work.
