Our client is a respected Property boutique legal firm with offices across the North of England. The firm has a large Real Estate team and many of the lawyers have joined from International law firms. The firm opened in Yorkshire a few years ago and is now looking to grow the team locally. The client can offer excellent career progression and it is likely that the successful candidate will make Partnership in the short to medium term.
Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
Working closely with the wider Commercial Property team in the North West
Dealing with high profile clients of the firm
Advising on varied Property transactions from investment and development work.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Take an active role in marketing an business development.
Work closely with the Head of the Yorkshire office to grow the team.
Profile
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
A strong track record working in Real Estate ideally gained from a national or international law firm
An interest to progress to Partnership
Demonstrable leadership skills.
A track record in business development and winning new clients.
Excellent client management abilities.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
