The experience you will have as a Commercial Property Solicitor We're seeking a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives on delivering excellent results. Key requirements include: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Asset acquisitions and sales. Share acquisitions and shareholder agreements. Company formations. Commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leasehold/freehold). Strong business development skills with a proven track record of building client relationships. Ability to independently manage a caseload while maintaining a high standard of client care. Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
