Job Description
Well-established traditional firm are looking to appoint a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in Kettering / Corby that has come around due to a result of succession planning. My client is an acclaimed firm that was first established over 200 years ago with offices located in both Kettering and Corby. They are well known in their local areas for providing exceptional service across the board, and for retaining staff for many years. As part of role, you will take on a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters and associated transactions. You will play a main part in the business development of the firm, and build and maintain positive relationships with the firm's new and existing clients. The firm offers one-to-one secretarial support, and potential route to partnership for the right candidate. This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor whose experience lies between 5-10 years' PQE; however, this is a guideline and our client is happy to consider candidates who fall outside of this bracket but can demonstrate the relevant experience.
