Commercial Property Solicitor – Market Harborough – GD 1036 £50,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on experience), your own office, Christmas & New Year off. Full time, Permanent, Office Based. ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new role? This company is a highly respected Legal Practice based in Market Harborough, and they are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their Commercial Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, providing legal advice on commercial property transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects. Advising clients on property investment, landlord & tenant issues, and property finance. Conducting due diligence, drafting & negotiating contracts, and managing the transaction process from start to finish. Building & maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-quality service to meet their needs. Working closely with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless, full-service offering to clients. Staying up to date with changes in property law and regulation, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly. ABOUT YOU: Key Requirements for this role are: A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law. Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in managing commercial property transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain and build client relationships. A proactive client-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
