Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £30,000 to £50,000
Location: Liverpool
This full-time, permanent role offers up to £50k for the successful and the chance to work alongside an experienced team in Liverpool, supporting a diverse range of commercial property transactions.
About the Role: As part of their established Commercial Property team, youll handle a varied caseload that includes acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and property sale, purchase, landlord and tenant.
Youll work with a mix of clients, from local businesses to national developers, providing expert guidance on complex transactions and ensuring that each deal is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Ideal Candidate: The firm are seeking an ambitious candidate with 0-4 years PQE who can hit the ground running, are detail-oriented, and have a strong commercial mindset.
