Are you an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next challenge? We have multiple opportunities for Commercial Property Solicitors at varying levels ranging from NQ to Senior Associate across East Anglia. Duties include a varied caseload of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for L&T, sellers, and buyers, including: Sale, purchase, and lease of land or property Leasehold management Regeneration projects Development, infrastructure, and planning projects The junior positions will have strong involvement with business development as well as managing their own caseload with assistance from senior members of the team, supporting the team with larger projects. The senior positions will focus on managing the junior members of the team while also managing their own workload.
