As part of the firm’s succession planning and continued growth, it is seeking an ambitious commercial property solicitor with the desire to become Head of Department or a Partner.
The ideal candidate will bring a broad array of experience to this role, and you will look to be made a Partner within a 2-year time frame.
As a senior commercial property solicitor, you will ideally have experience in the following areas: Commercial and development property, sales and acquisitions Acquisition and sale of businesses Landlord and Tenant
There will be an existing busy caseload of property matters; however, you will be expected to be ambitious and proactive in marketing and winning business when required.
You will have a constructive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with estate agents and mortgage lenders to ensure that transactions proceed to a smooth completion. Knowledge of some construction law and planning law would also be an advantage.
You will ideally have around 5 years’ experience as a commercial property solicitor and be capable of handling a broad array of work.
