Job Description
Our client is a well-known high street firm in Mansfield who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy department, handling a full range of Commercial Property matters. The Commercial Property team has a wealth of expertise in helping clients with a wide range of requirements. This dedicated approach means that our client is the firm of choice for many repeat business and client referrals. The successful candidate will be working within a team with full administrative support and will have the opportunity to develop their existing skills and enhance their own profile within this area. The successful candidate will deal efficiently with all matters and tasks referred to them by the clients in a busy department, including: The ability to deal with the sale, purchase, and lease of land or property; Handling property development, infrastructure, and planning projects; Property finance and investment; Leasehold management; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases; Preparing and drafting documentation; Continuously developing client engagement and being prepared to take instructions and, where appropriate, advise clients in person, by email, or over the telephone; Undertaking research as and when required; Dealing with new business inquiries via email and telephone with a view to managing an existing caseload and engaging new instructions; Being confident and willing to network; Demonstrating a proven track record in this area; Carrying out other administrative tasks required.
