Are you the right person for the job?
NQ to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial property transactions (through a training contract or post-qualification)
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and confident approach, with a strong sense of initiative
What will your role look like?
Our client is looking for a driven, hard-working solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property Team. You’ll work closely with the Head of the Team, and other senior solicitors on a wide range of matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Transactional landlord and tenant work
Secured lending
Supporting the Corporate Team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions
