This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered. Dealing with all aspects of leasehold acquisitions, lease renewals and general estate management including advising on agreements for lease, leases, licences to alter, collateral warranties, agreements to surrender, surrenders, break notices, dilapidations settlements and other ancillary documents. Freehold disposals including dealing with contracts, transfers, CPSE replies and title enquiries. Handling 1954 Act lease renewal procedures involving advising and dealing with section 25, 26 and 27 notices and applications to the Court under Part II of the 1954 Act. Assisting with the submission of SDLT returns and Land Registry applications. Other ad-hoc legal and general business support as required. Instructing and managing external advisors. About you
A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 1 years’ PQE specialising in commercial property matters. Property litigation, non-contentious construction or general commercial experience an advantage but not essential. Retail experience an advantage but not essential. Strong technical ability. Confident and commercially minded. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong internal and external relationships. Willingness to manage own personal and professional development with support from the business. About Greggs
