They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing, busy department.
Responsibilities: Manage your own independent caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including but not limited to: Support clients through property acquisitions, sales, and financing, simplifying complex processes for efficient outcomes. Represent landlords and tenants in leasing, assignments, licenses, and occupancy agreements, ensuring terms align with business needs. Advise investors, developers, and businesses on office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use property transactions. Work closely with the other teams to offer integrated advice on property transactions and related issues. Experience Required: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in Commercial Property. Proven experience in guiding clients through commercial property transactions. Demonstrated ability to represent both landlords and tenants, with experience negotiating leases, assignments, licenses, and occupancy agreements that support business needs. Collaborative Approach.
