Our client, a dynamic and innovative law firm, is seeking enthusiastic solicitors to join their growing Commercial Property and Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of property law.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisitions, refinances, leases, and development agreements. Provide practical legal advice on planning, construction, and financing in commercial property development. Draft and negotiate documents such as sale agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, and development contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, agents, and advisors. Stay current with changes in property law and market trends to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor with a positive, proactive mindset. A passion for learning, adaptability, and embracing change. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
