The Role & Team: Our client is expanding their Commercial Property team and has an immediate vacancy for a legal executive or solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in commercial property matters (NQ to 3 PQE). The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while collaborating with other fee earners across various practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm in an exciting growth phase, with a chance to shape the future of the team. The current team consists of experienced partners and associates dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters for both commercial and individual clients. Areas of focus include: Bridging finance Hospitality & Leisure Retail Development The successful candidate will need to be IT literate and familiar with case/document management systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients are essential, as the role involves substantial client contact. Additionally, business development is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s growth through marketing and networking initiatives. Skills & Experience: Ideally, a qualified commercial property solicitor (NQ+), with experience in managing a caseload and handling general commercial property and bridging matters. Strong IT skills, particularly with Office 365, and familiarity with case management systems. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work proactively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong team player qualities.
