based in Birmingham City Centre for a National Law firm who is keen to appoint an additional Commercial Property Partner into their team. Salary dependant on experience. This is an opportunity to join a team of entrepreneurial and forward-thinking lawyers in the next phase of their exciting growth and strategy plan. As the appointed Commercial Property Partner, you will be able to: Demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law. Ideally be a Partner with developed knowledge in areas including development and investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm. Play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing. Have a strong network of contacts that will be pleased to instruct you on future matters. Support senior members of the team and provide supervision to junior members. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
