Talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor required to join a dynamic commercial property team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to work with a leading law firm, and play a key part in providing high-quality commercial property services to a diverse client base.
Role:
Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property development, and property finance. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored commercial property advice. Collaborating with internal teams to encourage business to business referrals. Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial property. Background in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions with a reputable private practice. Extensive commercial awareness of the local commercial property market and the ability to take part in business development - maintaining and building new client relationships. Offer:
