A highly regarded commercial property team are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to be based in their office in Poole. This multi office law firm are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join at an exciting period of growth. You will be a solicitor with atleast 5+ PQE. This position is open to those who are associate, senior associate or salaried partner level. This commercial property team work on a range of work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, development as well as property finance. You will be able to show that you are a confident commercial property solicitor with demonstrable experience. This commercial property solicitor will be responsible for the supervision of junior members of the team and get involved in business development.
