Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, lettings, landlord and tenant matters, financing, and residential conveyancing work. Applicants should ideally have 5 years PQE (applications from qualified candidates will be welcome subject to experience) and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care and excellent communication skills.
