Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team in Sherborne. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements.

Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law.

Conduct due diligence, draft legal documentation, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Stay up to date with relevant legislation and market developments to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the industry.

Support business development initiatives, including networking and attending industry events.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with experience within Commercial Property

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
