Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

The Role:
My client is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join its dynamic team at either its Sutton Coldfield, Walsall or Lichfield offices.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters while benefiting from a positive and collaborative working environment.
Duties:
Handling the sale and purchase of commercial property
Managing the sale of business assets
Advising on the sale of property at auction
Acting on secured lending matters, including mortgages and remortgages
Dealing with Landlord and Tenant transactions, including :
Leases and lease renewals Licences to assign, sublet or alter applications Lease surrenders Managing pension scheme transactions, including in specie transfers Preparing and managing Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession claims Handling Section 25 notices and related matters Acting on behalf of management companies
