Commercial Property Solicitor - Taunton
Large national law firm are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their successful commercial property team, based in Taunton. This commercial property team work on a broad range of commercial property work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and agricultural. Ideally, this commercial property solicitor will be at least 1 year PQE. Role: Providing legal advice on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. Advising clients on property development projects, negotiating and drafting documents. Handling property finance and investment transactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities. Keeping abreast of changes and developments in property law and practice. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property - our client is happy to consider NQ solicitors with a training seat in commercial property.
