The firm is L500 rated and has a number of offices throughout the area. You will run your own varied caseload of commercial property matters including development, lease assignments and extensions, negotiations and renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and rent reviews.
You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals, and other third parties to provide excellent levels of service and be willing to take part in marketing and business development.
