Commercial Property Solicitor - Truro
Our leading Legal 500 law firm client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor into their growing Truro offices.
You will be working on matters alongside the firm's experienced legal advisors as well as running your own caseload.
Main Duties: Landlord and tenant matters - leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments; Sales and purchases of owner-occupied property, and related secured lending transactions and other finance transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions; Sales and purchases of investment property.
About You: You are a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in working within commercial real estate or a related area. You have a genuine interest in commercial real estate and are dedicated to progressing your career in this area. You are commercially aware and have the ability to enhance the firm's reputation through the delivery of exceptional client service. You have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. You are highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. You are used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment.
