to work closely with the Head of Commercial Property. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a broad range of clients, from owner-occupiers to large landlords, institutional lenders, and small to medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will manage a variety of commercial property matters, supporting clients across different sectors. You must have a strong background in
Commercial Property law , ideally with
10-15 years PQE . Caseload includes
Sale and purchase of property subject to conditions (including planning) Landlord and Tenant matters Portfolio management Secured Lending Corporate support Property portfolio financing Benefits
