You will support our team on a range of transactions and matters, as well as having your own responsibilities working across multiple sectors including: Development - both commercial and residential Investment Landlord & Tenant/Asset Management What we are looking for

Successful candidates will have up to 5 years’ PQE experience gained working in a reputable Commercial Real Estate team and will ideally have experience of dealing with a range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold interests, commercial landlord and tenant matters, assisting on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions, and property finance. To be considered you will need a level of experience and confidence that will allow you to deal with transactions immediately, with appropriate assistance and supervision and have an interest in business development. You will play a pivotal role in the team and have the opportunity to build and develop new and existing client relationships, as well as running a varied and rewarding caseload. It goes without saying that you will need the ability to work proactively and flexibly, with strong attention to detail. You will also need to be client focused, able to work under pressure and be effective at managing your workload and prioritising. The role is based in Leeds with the ability to work from home 2 days per week. The team
