Boutique Real Estate practice set up in 1994 by ex Magic Circle Lawyer wish to recruit a 2 year + Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join a small, supportive and close knit team, based in modern offices.
This role is fundamental to the development of the firm and, for the right candidate, they would expect this person to become involved in the supervision of more junior members of the team, client development, and other suitable management functions with a partnership position being a very realistic prospect.
You will be expected to have requisite experience to work on a wide range of property matters, including:
Landlord and Tenant work (including drafting and negotiating commercial leases).
Commercial Sales and Purchases.
Development work.
Secured lending.
Residential sales/purchases and management.
