Commercial Recruitment Consultant Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM We are a dynamic and forward-thinking recruitment agency specialising in delivering tailored talent solutions to businesses across various industries. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and target-oriented Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building lasting relationships and expanding the agency's portfolio. Manage client and candidate expectations and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies. Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from initial client meetings to negotiating offers and closing deals. Achieve set targets for placements, revenue, and client development while maintaining high standards of service. Skills & Experience:

A strong sales background or experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential. Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and supportive attitude towards colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture. Benefits:
