This is a new role we are looking to introduce to the business to lead our field visual merchandising journey - creating a modern and consistent look in stores that supports our business values of providing value for money for our customer in an easy to shop environment. What We Are Looking For:

An experienced retail leader who is passionate about improving the commerciality of stores Someone who can demonstrate strong implementation of commercial and visual strategies across a wide, varying store portfolio A proactive, organised, commercial leader who will help build a structured plan to create consistency across our stores and support our aggressive store opening program A key link between the field and HO teams – create a clear line between what the VM co-ordination team produce and the practical implementation of this at store level. Someone who can identify opportunities and feedback solutions on how to improve ways of working Someone who can understand and utilise reports, store profiles and company tools to make commercial decisions Proven experience of successful training and developing of visual merchandising skills at varying levels Flexibility around a hybrid office/field role that will include travel and occasional overnight stays In your role, you will:

Manage a team of Field Visual Merchandisers supporting schedules, communication, training and development Input into the Commercial Retail and Field VM strategy focusing on Training, Upskilling and Consistent Implementation across the estate Identify and utilise key in-store colleague support to assist with the rollouts of VM strategies Support store communications around promotional and visual merchandising guidelines ensuring launches and strategies can be successfully implemented in stores Work cross-functionally with Trading, Commercial, Retail, Store Design and store opening teams Consistently achieve and drive results and be able to meet deadlines and business priorities Behaviours you will display:
