Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Commercial Sales Advisor to join our Transit Centre in Swindon. Managing and assisting with face to face and digital enquires to try and maximise sales potential whilst going above and beyond to provide a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a full time

5-day 42.5 hour working week, with an £18,500 basic salary + average earnings of £45,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle,

reporting to the CV Sales Manager.

Do I need experience?

No! Whilst we welcome applications from experienced automotive sales advisors, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

Previous selling and influencing skills

A full UK driving licence

An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.

A passion for providing first class customer service

An eagerness to learn and progress your career

Fantastic communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for and not limited to:

Handing of inbound and outbound enquiries via email/telephone and digitally

Meeting individual and team-based sales targets

Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products

Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance
