Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions
- Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout
- Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence
- Oversee the due diligence process for clients
- Handle both completion and post-completion matters
- Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements
