Commercial Solicitor
A Commercial Solicitor is required by a Commercial and Corporate department of a South West based law firm within their Exeter office.
The law firm offers comprehensive legal services to clients throughout the South West and is looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor who can service SME clients as well as work with national organisations providing commercial legal advice across market sectors including:
Mergers and acquisitions
MBOs
Reorganisations and restructuring
Joint ventures
Shareholders' agreements
LLP and partnership matters
Commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions, and agency and distribution
The successful Commercial Solicitor will possess a minimum of 1 year PQE and experience in managing a case load involving the provision of:
Business agreements
Contracts
IT and IP
Company sales & purchases
Mergers
Joint ventures
Distribution and franchise agreements
Company formation and financing
Salary dependent upon experience.
