Commercial Solicitor My top 50 client have an opening for an experienced and driven Commercial Senior Associate to join them in their Exeter office in an exciting new role. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to spearhead the development of the Commercial practice in Exeter, with the full backing of an extensive national Commercial team, spread across their other UK offices. This position is ideal for an ambitious lawyer eager to take the next step in their career by establishing and growing a Southwest Commercial practice. You'll be part of a well-established, high-calibre Commercial team of 20 professionals who undertake high-quality commercial work with leading national and international clients. As a key member this nationally recognised Commercial team, you'll advise clients-including several prominent brands-across various sectors on a broad spectrum of commercial issues such as drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide array of commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, partnership agreements, joint ventures, and outsourcing deals. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least 6 years PQE in commercial law with experience of working for a leading and notable practice. You must be commercially aware with a passion and enthusiasm for business development.
