Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be involved in a range of work including;
Advising clients across a range of sectors including retail, manufacturing and technology
Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial, data, and IT contracts
Providing strategic legal advice on data protection and intellectual property issues
Working closely with clients to ensure compliance and risk management
Managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced and supportive environment
Supporting Partners on high value, complex work
Taking responsibility around business development
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
A solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial law, data protection, or IT law
Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Knowledgeable in data protection laws (GDPR) and intellectual property
Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
Have ties to the Leeds area
Interested to work for a regional law firm
Job Offer
