Description The Commercial Solicitor will be: Advising clients on a variety of complex commercial contracts. Leading negotiations and drafting agreements in areas such as IT, data, and commercial transactions. Managing relationships with clients across diverse sectors including life sciences, public sector, and financial services. Providing strategic legal advice to help clients navigate regulatory and contractual challenges. Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth in commercial law. Profile The Commercial Solicitor should be: A solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial contracts. Experience in advising on IT contracts, data protection, and related areas. A strong communicator, with the ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively. Experience in sectors such as life sciences, public sector, or financial services would be advantageous. Familiarity with the latest legal developments and commercial trends.
