As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be working between the Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory team on matters such as: Protecting Intellectual Property Non-Disclosure and Licensing Agreements Purchase, Supply and Manufacturing contracts Marketing and sponsorship agreements The successful candidate will ideally have 4+ years PQE, have a great eye for detail, can work well under pressure, is an expert in their field, and can prioritise their own time effectively.
